Canned Trout

INGREDIENTS: * 1 slice of onion * 1/2 tsp salt * 1 tbsp vinegar * 1/4 tsp dry mustard * 1 tsp brown sugar * 1 tbsp cooking oil * 2 tbsp Ketchup * 1 tsp lemon juice DIRECTIONS: 1. Process for 90 min in pressure canner or 3 hr. in hot water bath. 2. Use in 3 - 4months. *The trout come out tasting like salmon!*
