Lac des Milles Lac

Lac des Milles Lacs "a" lake with a French name, meaning "lake of a thousand lakes", definitely deserves this title! It has a multitude of islands. points, bays, inlets, channels, and shoal. However, even with such a wide array of structure to fish, a simple spinner and minnow works best for catching fish. Popular spots where fish congregate during the spring and early summer include; the Savanne River, as well as Sand, popular, and pine points. Later in the summer and during the fall/winter months the fish tend to scatter throughout the lake, generally moving to deeper water.
