Optic Lake

This lake got it’s name from it’s unique shape, which looks like a pair of glasses. Located 35 miles west of Red Lake and within Woodland Caribou Provincial Wilderness Park, there is so much to look at and enjoy. With beautiful sand beaches along part of the shoreline, stunnning waterfalls, gorgeous scenery, and the great fishing, you will never be searching for something to occupy yourself. Enjoy the exellent walleye fishing, northern pike fishing, or portage to Glenn Lake.
