Sturgeon River

Because the Sturgeon River is fed by a series of rapids (White Falls being one of them) it has a high oxygen content which supports a rich feed structure conductive to producing a bountiful stock of trophy walleyes as well as northern. the river also has ideal spawning areas that consist of gravel and sand beds mixed with boulders which is the perfect habitat for breeding females. Also, this waterway has many features to it, it is one of he most scenic lakes in Ontario, with many bays and incredible rock formations that make great photo opportunities.
