Deer-Meat Loaf

INGREDIENTS * 2lbs. ground deer meat * 1/2lb. ground pork * 1 onion, diced(optional) * 2.5 Tbsp. dried parsley * 1/2 tsp. salt * 1/2 tsp. pepper * 1 cup, soft bread crumbs * 1/2 tsp. oregano * 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated * 2 cup milk * 2 eggs, lightly beaten * 4 strips bacon * 1 cup ketchup or tomato sauce DIRECTIONS 1. Mix all ingredients(except bacon and ketchup) and press into a well-greased loaf pan. 2. Overlap bacon strips on top of the meat and bake at 350F for 45 minutes. 3. Remove bacon strips and pour ketchup over top of the meat loaf. 4. Bake another 20-30 minutes.
