Anishinabi Lake

Due to the fact there are no walleye present, lake trout is the most sought after fish hiding in this lake. Success rates are well above average for 6-8 pound fish. Larger specimens weighing in well over 20 pounds are occasionally taken. Casting shorelines in spring and fall produces the best results. Summer fishing is slower, and restricted to 60 - 80 feet depth. there is also a decent presence of northern pike on Anishinabi as well. Reached by portage from Perrault falls and Wine Lake.
