Nanos LakeLying between Lecky Lake and DeShawe Lake, this section of the Dobie River system measures only 2 1â„2 miles long by 1 mile wide. Combining these three lakes, however, will give you almost 10 miles of water to angle. In the northeast portion of the lake, you can navigate through a small channel of rapids to gain access to Deshawe Lake(approx. 2 miles long by 1 mile wide). to the southwest, there is a small portage around a set of larger rapids. The rapids entering Nanos at the west end offer some of the most superb angling and is known as the home of the mythical "Blue Walleyeâ€.
