Wabaskang Lake

Located on the west side of highway 105, just north of Perrault Falls This mammoth of a fresh water lake covers in excess of 15,000 acres and has well over 105 miles of shore line. Wabaskang is well known for its vast array of diversified structure, filled with islands, weedy bays and plenty of steep drop-offs, make it very conductive to great pike, walleye and striped perch fishing. This giant lake even has smallmouth bass and lake trout lurking in its depths. Wabaskang is part of an ongoing creel study by the MNR - a study that keeps everyone informed of the health of the fishery - enables us to make it a sustainable resource for all to enjoy.
