Dowswell LakeThis lake has smallmouth bass to test your fishing equipment and skill, as well as northern pike and lake trout. Dowswell Lake is totally uninhabited, so you and your friends will truly be "lord of the wilderness." Along with the main lake, there’s a network of three secluded lakes. Dowswell Lake itself harbors the highly-prized lake trout, as well as northern pike and smallmouth bass.
Bilko Lake is connected to Dowswell by a 450 yard trail. Bilko Lake holds lots of walleye and northern pike, as do two other lakes that connect to Dowswell via portage trails of similar length.
