Wenasaga RiverLake Wenasaga has 34 miles of shoreline, a five-mile river that leads north to a picturesque waterfall and the fact that it is a spawning lake, Lake Wenasaga has abundant numbers of walleye and northern pike. The fishery starts with a 30-foot waterfall at the north end of the river and ends with fast water rapids at the south end of the lake. These water rapids allow large numbers of fish to come up into Lake Wenasaga from Lac Seul for spawning, yet are steep enough to prevent boats from accessing our lake from below. The large waterfall at the north end of river also helps keep Wenasaga secluded since boats are unable to travel down the falls from the lake above.?
