Indian Lake

Traditionally, yellow pickerel(walleye) and northern pike are the most sought after fish roaming the depths of this lake. Jigging a minnow through the many rocky reefs, sand bars and weedy bays is the preferred method of angling these waters. The large sand bar in the northern narrows as well as the outlet to the the Mameigwess river are local fishing favorites. the walleye tend to prefer drab or natural colored lures where as the northern prefer their baits as brights and flashy as possible.
