INGREDIENTS: * 20 – 2’stips rare moose roast * 3tbsp soy sauce * 3tbsp sherry * tbsp cornstarch * 2tbsp cooking oil * 2 medium carrots, sliced thinly * 1 medium turnip, sliced thinly * 1 onion sliced * 15 mushroom, thinly sliced * 1tsp sugar * 1/2tsp salt * 1cup bean sprouts, drained * 1/2cup water chestnuts, thinly sliced DIRECTIONS: 1.Mix soy sauce and sherry and pour over moose strips in a bowl – set aside. 2. Mix 1 Tbsp cornstarch with 2tsp water – set aside. 3.Stir fry carrot, turnip, onion, and mushroom slices in cooking oil for 2 minutes. 4. Add sauce from moose strips, and to this mixture add 2tbsp water, sugar and salt. 5. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes. 6. Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts, moose strips and cornstarch mixture. 7. Stir and cook until sauce thickens. 8. Serve hot with white rice.
