INGREDIENTS: * 1 whitefish, 2-3lbs, whole (dressed, with scales removed) * 1tsp salt * 1/4cup milk * 1cup finely crushed rice krispies * 2tbsp melted butter * 1/4tsp paprika * milk DIRECTIONS: 1. Soak cleaned whitefish in milk for several hours. 2. Dis fish in saucer of salted milk, then roll in rice krispie crumbs. 3. Place fish on a greased baking sheet and dribble some melted butter over fish. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp paprika over the fish. 4. Bake fish in very hot(500F) for 10-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
